"Big Dave is the boss. Customer service is his day job and project manager of all things new."
Dave is a late comer to cycling but is the customer service godfather. Always happy to chat and undertake any new project that comes along. Next one is extending the shop again. Just an excuse to "supervise" and drink lots of tea we reckon.

Rides: mostly mountain bike or cyclocross bike.

"Behind every great man (or team of men!) is a woman..."
Hannah joined the Speeds team in February 2014 as an admin assistant, but as of August 2015 Hannah's role changed to manager of the Bromsgrove branch.

Always smiling and with plenty to say Hannah loves to help new cyclists find the right bike. A member of the Saracen RC she always commutes into work on two wheels.

A newb to time trialling, Hannah has now set her sights on racing in the Red Hook Crit London #2 in 2016.

"Motor mechanic turned bike mechanic, Pete is the latest member of the Speeds team."
A man with a passion for VW vans, Pete is Sue and Dave's son and has joined the team as manager of the newly opened Redditch branch.

Mechanically minded and from a motoring background, Pete hopes to transfer his skills, expertise and experience into the family business.

"Kevin the builder, full bikes, restorations, wheels whatever your needs Kevin is you man."
Kevin, from Worcester, enjoys commuting to Speeds Cycles on his Fixie bike. Qualified to Cytech level 3 (wheels), he works primarily in the workshop, although sometimes can be found front-of-house advising customers on repairs and spares. Kevin contributes to Speeds Cycles' news updates via YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. For fun he rides sportives and Bromsgrove Olympic club time trials.

"Martin , The last member of the old Speeds Cycles and the oldest member of the new Speeds Cycles."
You could say the un-usual is Martins usual and is often the person found working on Tandems , Trikes , Disability Trikes and Sturmey Archer hub gears. His moto is “keep it simple and smile”.

Likes Steel frames, single speed off road and fixed on road but always has time for Sturmey Archer hubs. Although he uses a Garmin his rides always turn out to be mini adventures, oh not forgetting the café stops. He is a member of the Stour Bugs (the Stourbridge Bicycle User Group).

We can confidently say Martin has great knowledge of the bizarre and has achieved Cytech level 3.
